Thanks for reporting information on here! I wasn't sure what this cost was but it is in relation to a free system app for the Mac that now charges and I bought it for a low price.

I had a $19 charge on my credit card from FSPRG as well and didn't recognize the company so I did some research. The charge was for a program I ordered called main menu for cleaning MAC files. It used to be free but the new version cost 19 dollars. The charge was legit.

I figured it out - I bought a software program called Trojan Hunter from their website - the software is good and they billed me as agreed.

Ah forgot I bought the same game as an earlier poster: machinarium.For 5 bucks it's frustratingly fun to play.

Same here. I bought eMailchemy, but forgot I had. Then I saw this charge and was like WTF is this? Which led me to Google FSPRG.COM and end up here.

I've not purchased any software online. $20 charge that I'm calling fraud.

Yes, I had to cancel my Amex credit card also. Rang the bank yesterday (BNZ - New Zealand) and they were totally unable to shed any light on what the charge was. I cancelled the card and have a new one coming. Funny though, the charge has miraculously disappeared today. Spend half a day trying to get to the bottom of the charge and still none the wiser.

I also realized I had a scheduled pre-approved payment of $99 for a service I don't know. since it is PayPal payments, I made it inactive and cancelled the payment. I think despite them being legitimate resellers, they hack and con people.
