The guy with a Spanish accent called from 877-430-1431 showing an unknown number and started to ask for personal information. Claimed to be from BOA resolution. The call did not seem legit. He seemed totally fake. He did not offer a reference number and needed the personal info to go into my account when he should of already had my account info when he initiated the call to me. I said where was he located and he had to think of an answer and then said he was in AZ.

Please fine them for breaking the law.

I got a call just now from them. Actually, I'm on hold for them! An automated person said that she was connecting me to ext. 4100. When someone answered that call, it was automated. Then I called BOA with the number in the yellow book. Apparently, it is an associated number. I think that means debt collector!

I did not answer call, and they did not leave a message.

EVERY day, these clowns call my cell phone. They do not respond when I answer. I do not do business with BOA and NEVER will! Will they just go away?

Idiot from Bank of America, recording said its a debt collector, I don't owe BOA anything. Some idiot sent me a ATM card that doesn't work so I put a complaint to BBB and to Bank of America, I don't know why they gave me a debt collector for.?? too many idiots at BOA.

Constant calls. Names intentionally garbled. When calling back get a survey request, then a fast collection. The person who claims to be with BOA lies you will never speak with him. It is a commercial. Maybe more, I do not answer, do not listen and have reported it. Collection people.I do not have debts.
