I didn't get a call, but a letter for someone else that doesn't live at my address about some out of date water lines. Don't know where they obtained the information contained in the letter, but it is WAY OUT in LEFT FIELD. At least they could research the information they're sending before making a fool of themselves. Shows in the letter that this address is not covered. DUH, yeah NOT by them. HA HA.
I am from Indiana and I have been receiving calls & letters from IN water plan Co. , HomeServe, Norwalk, CT, for the past three + years and I am tired of it!
This is HomeServe USA. They took over National Grid's maintenance service several years ago. We have a contract with them for emergency service on our heating and cooling systems which includes yearly tuneups of both. The tuneups are worth what we pay. However, they keep calling to try to sell us more coverage, such as that for interior wiring, plumbing, and gas lines. If we need work on any of these, it's a lot less expensive to hire a contractor. For this reason their number is blocked by our call blocker.
We got a call again from this number at 10:31 am, and it was blocked by our call blocker. The caller ID is always UNAVAILABLE. Perhaps they believe that if they identified themselves no one would answer, which is probably true. Please see my post of 14 May 2015.
They called again today at 11:09 am, and it was again blocked by our call blocker. Please see my posts of 14 and 16 May 2015. They certainly are persistent. A call blocker is well worth the cost to avoid these nuisances.

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
