This is an addendum to my previous post. I had forgotten that I had also gotten a series of calls from this number two years ago. Please see my posts of 1 Sep 2013, 22 and 29 Nov 2013, and 24 Feb 2014.
In addition to their call today at 9:12 am, they called again at 6:29 pm. In the past they have also called from 877-444-7737. Our call blocker blocks the entire area code 877. In addition, it blocks any caller ID that reads UNAVAILABLE. In the technological war between robocalls and a call blocker, the call blocker always wins.
Trying to sale insurance on somethingDoes it not do any good using that do not call list......I do it all the time and still get calls
We also use HomeServe, and our water company is AquaPA. Aqua licenses HomeServe to use its name in HomeServe's literature because HomeServe services Aqua's water lines, both inside and outside the home.
Called twice today. Both showed as Toll Free Call. I picked up the second call just to see if it was precorded. Sounded like young guy, then hung up. Didn't want to engage them.
I just lost my Dad a few months ago and my 87 Year old mom got one of these letter also. She say if my plumbing inside breaks they will help pay to fix. I took the letter from her and said let me check them out. It is a Scam, SHe has already been scammed out of $600. from another scam internet artist. Why can't this people leave the Seniors alone. They have enough problems making it on SSI, thye don't need they savings drained also.
Because they figure we are more gullible, they target us specifically, and unfortunately they don't give a you-know-what who they hurt as long as they get their money. All we can do is warn everyone we know, telephonically, by internet or whatever other way we communicate, not to listen to them, never respond to anyone you don't know and suspect anything that looks or sounds too good to be true.

I called the Chase number on the back of my card and they said they had NOT called me, said it was scammers. I had two calls on my machine asking me to call them back.

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
Wellcare never calls you, they send out notices. This is second call I’ve got from two separate phone numbers stating they are Wellcare. Scam
