Received a call from them today at 1:54 PM (they call daily, but at different times). Answered the phone and after 5 seconds of silence, a young man came on asking to speak to me by my first name. He stated that he was with DirecTV and would like to make me aware of an offer they have, which was a movie package for $11.01 a month. I advised that I wasn't interested and hung up immediately.I started receiving these calls shortly after I cancelled Starz/Encore package that I had with them last month. Before, when I answered, there'd be silence on the line and then the sound of the line being disconnected. If I let it ring to the answering machine, they hang up outright, so this was surprising to talk to someone on the phone. I'm on the Do Not Call registry as well, but I doubt that matters since it's a company I subscribed to anyway. Here's hoping they don't call again tomorrow.
This number calls my house several times a day, but nothing is there. I want it stopped.
we have direct-tv love there service, toll free 877-543-1115 calls at least 4 times a dayrings 2-3 times I answer there never is a person on the other end please stop.
Called today, let it ring and it hung up before our voice message came on. One of several similar calls today. We have Direct TV since some responders link this call with that service.
They said this call is from Direct TV is Marsha Hamstra there, and I said this is her, and they hung up Monday, February 13 at 2:33 p.m.
