has called and hangs up every time . started in April and has called 50-70 times
Repeatedly calls, hang up when answering machine picks up, if I answer they DEMAND personal info, I refuse, they hang up - only to call again.
Its Citibank, calling to let you know you missed your payment. They issue credit cards to several outlet, so it could be Shell card or any other card that you have but its from citibank.
