Same experience as most other posters. Literally, EVERY DAY, including weekends I get a call on my office number from 877-604-3450 with identical recorded message inviting me to log into my Citi account at citicards.com. I do not have a Citi account. If I only knew how to block these clowns...
They have called me everyday for a week asking me to go to citicards.com. I don't even have a Citi card, so why.... Why??!!!??
This call is from CitiBank Credit Cards and is completely valid. I exceeded my credit limit the other day and this call was to follow up and inform me that a payment is needed. This is in reference to the Citi Bank platinum secured card I possess.
Recorded message: “This message is for John ________ please call Citibank regarding an important matter with your city account account at 866-613-6856 and enter personal key code 91#### to hear your message this is not a sales call thank you this message is for ___________ please call Citibank regarding an important matter with your city account account at 866-613-6856 and enter personal key code 91#### to hear your message this is not a sales call thank you…”Called it and message was to use the phone menu. After a while it says that I won’t be able to use the menu so I must speak to an agent. I hung up then.
