THIS GUY CALLS UP TO TELL ME THAT A CLAIM HAS BEEN FILED AND ASKS ME IF I KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT AND I AM LIKE UH NO, AND HE SAYS TO GET A PIECE OF PAPER AND WRITE DOWN A CLAIM NUMBER AND THEN WANTS ME TO VERIFY MY ADDRESS WITH HIM...STUPID! IF YOU KNOW HOW TO GET A HOLD OF ME AND KNOW WHERE I AM, WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO GET ME TO GIVE YOU MY ADDRESS? AND THEN WHY ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE ME AN 800 PHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO A LAW FIRM? STRIKE 2. AND THEN WHY ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME THAT YOU ARE GOING TO CALL ME AGAIN IN ABOUT AN HOUR? STRIKE 3. FAKE [***] BILL COLLECTORS.

I just received the same phone call from a guy and he told me the same thing... he blocked the call coming in to the house phone.. wish i knew what this is all about??? he said call 877-780-4512 and gave me a weird claim number... and said i have been notified

Called My service Manager at work and been harassing me about a loan that was never taken out! Same story as BEWAREOFFAKECOLLECTORS above!!!!!!!

They will Threaten you! I have had calls from others in the past because of an online application and they are are scammers!! Just call them on there own bluff!! This really pisses them off!! Something needs to be done about these guys!

I think these are the same guys! They must be rakin' In the Dough on Stupid People!!!! Please People Beware of these guys and the Unknown or Withheld calls on your phone!!! They are the same guys from the same line waiting the 45 minutes they give you to call then they call back several hours later and tell you you will be sorry and hang up!!!!

They called again today like 4 or 5 times... Finally I told them I called a lawyer and they will be sued for harrasing me... I had enough.. if i owe something then send me a bill...dont call to confirm my address.... you should already have it...

They just called and I got information.I called the 877 number back and the lady answered "NCI" not NCR.They are also saying they are a private locator.His name was Anthony and his extension is 140332

Got a phone since last week 10/10/12 till today 10/16/12 from a lady named Brenda Simmons and a guy who refused to tell me his name but mentioned they were both a private locator. They also mentioned that I am busted with the law and I need to call this number 877-780-4512 gave me a clainm number too. I have no idea what is going on and so I called the number and the guy named Mike said I owed money from a payday loan, which I have never heard of. I asked for them to send me the documents and paperwork so I know what they are talking about and they mentioned that they couldn't do that. SCAMMERS! The guy private locator told me that he needed my address so he can come personally and deliver the documents to me, like Im that stupid to give him my address when they claim they have my information. He also stated that he was going to go to my job and serve me with the paperwork there also. SCAMMERS! People think that we're so stupid now days, they need to get a life nad a real job. Until they send me my documents, Im not paying them over the phone or anything at all.
