Keeps calling even after you send a payment.

left message saying to call back for important information. did not leave company name or nature of call. caller id gave different number.

I got exactly the same message on my cell. Any ideas?

There are other reports from numbers that apparently belong to the same company saying that this is a collection company or that it is the collections dept of 7th Avenue. You might want to call them back to see what the problem is.

Yes, you may want to call them back. I did and found out that someone had open an account by using my name and phone #, so now they are calling me looking for $, when I have never heard of them nor ordered from them.They are suppose to be sending me fraud paperwork so it can be reported and my name can be cleared of the account. If I would of never called I would have never know that this happen to me.

I just got a call about a security breach of an article being charged that wasn't mine. They said it's the 8th Avenue Catalog. The parent company is Swiss Colony.

Received a call from this number today (Penny) demanding payment for an item I had purportedly ordered. Upon my request that "Penny" provide me with some amplifying information as to what she was talking about and after some delay for research of the matter, I was informed of the purported purchase (which I had never made). Further discussion revealed that my address and that of the addressee of the relevant order were not the same. Suspecting ID fraud I then called back the above number and spoke to Ms. Gittings. She advised that the debt collection method employed by her firm was to obtain the telephone numbers from directory service for all persons with the name of the addressee within a 50 mile radius of the order's address. Hence the call to me. Ms. Gittings assured me that my phone number had been removed from their files and clarified that there was no debt owed by me to them.

Calling about a past due bill. When I find a job (PHAT chance, in this economy), they'll get their money. It's that simple. In the meantime they can keep calling all they want. Can't give 'em money I don't have.

I got a weird call, a chick said something about a Philis Cane wanting to contact me, but I don't know anyone by that name. I told them not to call me, but then i got a message reading"Important message from Seventh Avenue please call us."Its weird because honestly I'm only 14, so debt collectors shouldn't be calling me, lol.

These people call every day. Right after 9pm even. They won't stop. I am filing a report against them for not following FDCPA rules and regulations. You have rights. Put a stop to them calling all hours of the day.
