this is a business, we too are customers of dimhouse, got the phantom call just a few minutes ago, too strange

Got the same call 3 times today.. I am late on payment but not so late that I am turned off.. ?? so I guess its the "warning we are gonna turn you off call" I guess I better pay tomorrow. they did call at 6:30pm so that kinda late right?? I did call it back a few times but its allways busy.. I am gonna answer if it calls again..

I get them every week,My cable box is down for the second time and my internet phone for my job keeps going down when I am on the road and can't reset the modem. I am not surprised that there is no one on the line, there is nothing good about their service. Verizon Fios,,,here i come!

They called me today, asked for someone then hung up on me. Wierd stuff.

I just got a call tonight ~ I haven't a clue what or who Brighthouse is?? Never heard of them... I think this is a mistake that they called me.. probably a customer gave them my number by mistake?

I called the 888-289-8988 and kept pressing 0 and got to a customer rep and told them the problem of these phone calls and they said it was there telemarkting branch. I told the rep to tell them to stop, they they would.The rep said they had a specil on voip.

Customer service called and offered some services. They DID give me higher bandwidth for a lower cost than I was already paying so I guess thats a positive.

Yup...I was just called 4 times today and this was due to I was late on a bill. However, I paid it yesterday and I know I was placed in a automated dialer for today as the customer service rep informed my bill was paid as of yesterday and there was no further issues on my account.

I have caller ID and if they come up Unknown then I don't answwer and my voice mail states the same: "If you block caller ID I cannot guarantee that I'll reply to your call." As to who is calling me from 888-289-8988 - who knows - I don't answer!

They have been calling me as well - constantly. I am not late with a bill in fact I found their left hand doesn't know what the right hand isdoing. They couldn't identify why auto-pay was not working - duh. AnywayI find the support staff - office wise - terrible. Moving away from here soon and will not have Brighthouse available where I'm going - got lucky on that one. I back tracked the number as well to find out who it was.Line is always busy.
