Don't know who it is . . I disconnected my answering service as calls like these were costing me a fortune and I just don't answer #'s I don't recognize . Calls several times a day 7 days a week , suspect it to be affiliated with Rogers ? . . their way of ripping off their customers by using up their monthly phone minutes .

I've had this # calling for months . . I don't recognize it and many other , so I don't answer it . Sweet Baby James , you are 1 million % right !! Rogers does practice this unlawful , dishonest behavior and pockets miilions per year by doing it . Beware of Rogers " motime " ripp off also = $13.oo a month off your monthly plan for ??? . . They couldn't give me an answer as to what benefits I was suppose to be recieving for $13.oo + tax a month . If you fill out a Q?aire on the net . . DO NOT FILL IN YOUR PHONE # !!!!!! I also had to take the answering service off my Rogers phone as to them ripping me off in multiple ways and recently stopped using them period and their cable . . their net will probably be soon to follow . . Rogers n Bell = THIEVES !

Got a LETTER (not a call) from CBV Collections Services LTD. Says they've been authorized by Bell Mobility Inc., to accept a sum of money "a partial settlement payment" to settle the outstanding debt I have. THIS NUMBER is where I'm supposed to call back and speak with a collection officer named "L.navaratnam". Uhm... I've never had a Bell Mobility account???? WTF? Why should I call to talk about an account I've never had, furthermore, I'm a bit pissed that with my name alone they could possibly ruin my credit by reporting this debt to equifax for everyone with my same name. How do I resolve this?

i've had the call several times. when i answer they say its an important message for "my name" press one if you are this person, press two if you know this person. then i'm put on hold ans they say "please hold, all agents are busy." thats when i hang up. now i dont even answer. it's getting annoying!

This company CBV is a collection agency collecting on behalf of Bell Canada. I have 2 accounts with Bell in good standing. I have spoken with these people on about 10 occasions telling then that I am not the person they are looking for. Last time I was rude. Now they call and hang up when I answer. These people are not professional. For example their employees represent themselves as being employed by Bell Canada. I won't deal with anyone who lies to me. So CBV call all you want all your numbers are now banned from even ringing on my phone . I have contacted the Halton Regional Police, Toronto Police Services, QPP , and the RCMP.

I know what there doing. There trying to steal info and give it out to Terriost and what selling ur info for a high price and u can call the rcmp Fraud squad
