I need to be home to sign documents

These people are calling both my father and his wife. I haven't lived with him in 25+ years and neither of them have anything to do with my finances, nor have their numbers been listed on anything. They live in a small town and filed a report with the police department, who told them that based on how it was worded it was most likely a scam/hoax/pfish/etc.

Same message left that others callers are stating!! He doesn’t even have the name right! Has to be a scam!

I also received a text from +1 (805) 471-3017 saying my FEDEX PACKAGE (WITH A TRACKING CODE GIVEN) is waiting for me to set delivery preferences. Totally fake because I am not expecting a fed ex package.

This person David Welsh or Wells calling my daughter's business line with the same message he left on Mon. and yesterday, and even called my ex-husband.

Just got the exact same call. guy speaks in a really rough manner also!

Total scam. They’re serving you with “court papers” - this is not how proper service goes. If you had a real law suit against you, it’s up the plaintiff (filet of suit) to perform proper service through an agent or by certified mail. Do not fall for this BS.
