Cirrus cheated me once. Took money out of my account and would not return my calls. I never want to do business with them again.
I just told them that the car that had it got crashed and my wife died in the crash, so never call again to remind me of the tragedy. I hope that works.
I have never subscribed to Sirius, I get calls, its the 5th one I'm getting in the past few days.
Getting rid of Sirius (Sirius/XMRadio in Canada) is VERY difficult in the US. If you buy a car they want a credit card # for your "free" trial. Say No! Because good luck getting rid of it later. (and getting rid of them!)

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
