I received a call from 888.654.6837 on my cell phone this morning. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it & they didn't leave a message.I noticed others said it is Merrill Edge (associated with Merrill Lynch & Bank of America). Merrill Edge is a real thing ... it is a way to invest money. I have Bank of America accounts. Why don't they just send me me an email since they know my email address? I would actually pay attention to that.

I got a call from this number, and the caller left a message: "Chris Pantano from Merrill Edge following up on an appointment you had set a few weeks back. If you are still interested give us a call 888-394-2232. Thanks."I am a Bank of America customer, but I did not schedule an appointment with Merrill Edge. I don't think this a is malicious call--just an unsolicited sales call and a dishonest voicemail.

I just received the first of what I'm sure will be many calls from this number. They did leave a message but couldn't say my name right and my broker knows me and the caller ID always comes up as Merrill Lynch. This call comes up caller unknown. I will not be giving them any information because I just spoke to my broker and he says it was a scam to get my account info so that they could access and withdraw but that won't happen because it's set up in such a way that even I can't touch it until I'm 72.The joke is on them.

Got a call from this # today, United States and the phone # was all. The did not leave a message.

Received call from Merrill Lynch offering free financial advic

Have you since had issues with Merrill Edge? I have an account with them. I thought I was with Merrill Lynch. I have not heard a peep from anyone in regards to my investments. Shouldn't I be hearing from them daily?

My statement says if I have any concerns to call that number. Is it really a call center for some pranksters

I got a call from 1-888-654-6837 telling me to call MAX CRUZ and said his extension was 1573307 and wanted me to call him back so I called it and the first thing they asked me was for my account number I thought that was strange so I hung up

Just received a call from this number today, See that the posts are from much later dates. Caller identified himself from Merrill-Lynch, Wanted to let me know of changes in where my account would be handled. Told him I would contact my agent, as I do not do business over the phone, Did I just confirm that I have an account with Merrill-Lynch??
