Gatehouse Media - a newspaper company. They called me to renew my subscription to the Metrowest Daily News.
Yes, they call DAILY to renew your subscription despite telling them to call back on preagreed day. They even call on Sunday. They behave like a collection agency the way they call incessantly and thier staff do not know how to work the computer system.
caller id says "unavailable"; Probably a harangue to renew because I am dropping Wellesley Townsman. These places have computers that constantly overdial, so when you pick-up there is no one there and they do not leave message. Even when you get someone they are like a pit bull you need to interrupt them and insist that they take your name off the database.
