Called them back for a heated conversation about Microsoft and my having to renew. 1st 400 dollars the 299 then a supervisor. Not once did they ask for my name. When I brought that to their attention, they gave the wrong name. This is a scam and I wish there was a way to get paid for the time I had to spend on the phone with these scammers!

Caller wanted personal information and claimed to be from some credit company that does not exist.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
