Calling land line. Do not leave message. Caller ID says Holiday Inn. No reason for HI to be calling me. If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer. How can we get rid of these nuisance calls?

calls hangs up if you don't answer. I answer the phone and don't say anything, lots of call center noise and chatter in back ground, caller keeps saying hello, hello, foreign accent. SPAM. Happy Thanksgiving you turkey.
I took a survey then they transferred me trying to sell me a timeshare basically that they claimed i would get back all but the state taxes after i get.
IHG, something hotel group. been calling me for 3years. Asked several times to be removed from list.
They called me two days in a row (so far) without leaving a message either time. I don't answer calls I don't recognize.
