alias JR used this as a mailing address 2143 E Northern Ave #2-69 Kingman az 86409/this building is owned by a defunct LLC out of chandler, kathy hedglund, appears to be connected with apts. this address 8125 N Rastro de Charcas, Kingman az, appears to be out on a dirt road, a 2000 mobile home, but listed as vacant land, minimal run down shacks, or sheds, burned down, under suspicious circumstances by the owner, Justin Ryan Gooden, this person is a con artist, and has stolen property, he steals property and preys on elderly women, claims he has a girlfriend by the name of Claudine, or Claudette that has a prestigious job at the lake havasu Hilton and currently is out of the country, this Gooden has arrest record, for assault, and cannot hold down a job, drives a white truck with camper, or a 5th wheel and has two schnauzer dogs, is associated with a Natasha Gutsin of Kingman, he is living off of elderly women, and people need to be warned and on the lookout for this person, sandy blonde/strawberry blonde hair, thin, 5 foot 6 maybe or 5 foot 7, he is a scammer and fraud, know to be seen at 3995 mcVicar Kingman, in the chaparral mesa area, he is stealing and claiming property that is not his, he is suspect in the burning of the property at rastro de Charcas
