caller asked for me by name, but when I asked what it was about or the company the line went dead.
Shows up on my caller ID as "Scam Likely", the woman I spoke to explained she's a Comcast affiliate (Didn't catch the actual company name) with an offer to save me money. They knew my name and I explained that I was so unhappy with the service and harassment of phone calls that I might just cancel my service altogether. She then proceeded to give me a number to call to cancel my service. I hung up on her.
I answer the phone and they know my first name and said they are calling from Comcast saying I qualify for a promotion. But I didn’t believe her and told her i’ll Call Comcast when I have time and she said I already pulled up your file. And I just told her I don’t have time then she finally relent and let me hand up the phone.
