This number just called me three times within seven minutes, while I was in the shower. Didn't bother leaving voicemail. After reading the previous stories, I'm glad I wasn't available to take the call.

I sent a resume through indeed in response to a position supposedly with Boeing in Mesa, AZ. No contact information was provided in the indeed ad just a means of submitting a resume through indeed. I got a call from Chris with 22nd Century Technologies Inc at ext 372 (I saw someone else on here got a call from another individual, different name at that same extension - could be the extension identifies which ad they placed). I had a lot of difficulty understanding Chris - his english was horrible. I asked what the pay was and it was considerably lower than what I was looking for. He put me on hold and came back with a higher number - still lower than what I was looking for. Seemed very odd negotiating over the phone after a 2 min conversation for a position with Boeing. I smelled a rat. After the call I put my phone on block for this number and sure enough he tried me back. After reading the comments here I called Boeing and gave them all the details. They have opened up an investigation. If there has been any form of defrauding done by these people I hope they get prosecuted.

just today i have received this call, and they said it the 22 century technologies calling about UPS job !!i refused to provide my SSN, but they have a website and a linkedIn page with about 1900 followersBE CAREFUL FROM ANOTHER COMPANY NAMES THEY CAN USE FOR SAME PROPOSE LIKE:COR-TEKJOBSTALKER

They pose as a job recruiter. They ask several questions, one of them is your SSN to "verify your identity." The caller had a very thick Indian accent. I hung up on them and they called me back. They obviously want something from you.DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM AND BLOCK THIS NUMBER.

It may have been legit, but who asks for your SSN like that?

I received a call from a different number first which turns out that is also a scamming number and within 3 minutes this number and neither time I answered and neither left a voicemail. I appreciate all of these posts.

For the past two days, I also have received a phone call and email from this so called recruiter. The opportunity was too good to be true and when they asked for my SSN and birthdate I really became suspicious. Their grammar is also terrible. Thank God for Google!!!
