Government Grants are just that; Grants, No Strings Attached. No Fees, No Deposits; so anybody that says different is Scamming you. And this just happens to be a Verified "SCAM/FRAUD" Call. Amazingly I CAN'T verify that it's a "ROBO" Call, most SCAMs are. BEWARE!!!

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
