Called my cell, left no message; when I tried to call back Ma Bell said cannot be completed as dialed.
Very surprised that 800notes entry did not appear on google search for this number. (bad news). I had to to 800notes site and search directlyto find this entry.
Called and offered me a reduction on my student loans. Since I don't have any, I would say it is a scam phishing call trying to get personal info.
Made a mistake and answered the call lower interest rate on my student loan I am 76 years old never had a student loan funny for sure
