Dynamic Recovery Solutions calling someone using one of the US numbers for my Australian online radio station. I have two US numbers. I got a voice message from some woman on the other end saying it was very important to call her right away.
Got a call from a local number (916-668-4394) but I did not answer so it went to voicemail. The number to call back was this number 866-421-4998. They did not identify any one by name they wanted to talk with on the recording and the ID did not identify the person or company. The recorded message said it was Mrs Walker and that, "I am also required to inform you that this is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose". No one here has outstanding debts that a company like this should be calling about. My advice - never talk with these people!
Yes, this caller today ID'd herself as working for Dynamic Recovery Solutions, a large (in Texas I believe) collection agency. She told me to call back ASAP, as hers was an urgent matter!! Urgent for whom? This is the latest deceptive tactic collection agencies now use, they use computer generated local (to the person they are calling) area codes, to trick you into answering; wherein, you would not answer their 866 or 888 area code incoming call. 916 is a greater Sacramento, CA region area code--most of Sacramento County and portions of four other contiguous counties.Yes, never talk to these bottom feeders!!
I received a call from this number, and I requested the address to the company so I could physically look at a debt that these people claim I owe. The "manager" automatically started saying that I was threatening her with physical action. What? you are a company reading my social security number to me, and claiming that I owe a debt, but you won't let me read the debt in person?
