Same old call, "scam", different number. Caller, male with heavy accent, states there is a case against me and my social security number. He states I must call him or Police Officers will show up at my place of work. Have gotten these calls off and on for three years. Do not call them back, and do not give them any information. If there really is a company that is looking to sue you they will have a licensed process server bring the paperwork to you

This is a scam...the caller has a heavy accent and the number is based out of New York...he asks for someones name or their manger...very insistent on getting through to speaking with someone. Says he is from a law firm. You mention that you looked up the number and found that it is a scam and he hangs up on you! Always put the phone on hold and google phone numbers so that you can report these to the proper authorities.

These idiots are non-stop. They threatened to get their lawyer if we didnt pay up. Of course its a scam so my husband tells them fine we well get our lawyer, then they hang up.

Claimed to be Laurence Kramer Law Firm. Called looking for the person who had the phone number before me. When I tried to tell this guy, who had a very thick accent and was hard to understand, that I didn't know the person he was looking for and to quit calling me, He became very rude and said he was going to send the police to my address.

I have been receiving calls from this phone # he says he's from a law firm on my answering machine as I won't answer calls from a # I don't know. In December I received the same call different # & almost paid I checked out the # it was a scam. I filed a complaint with the police. The guy went so far as to give me the phone # of a Sheriffs Dept. in Eastern WA. I called there & they knew nothing & had this happen a lot. Then the guy hacked into the Sheriff's Phone & actually called me from that # I called them back & they were going to investigate they were upset. I told the guy he was going to be arrested if they managed to find him for (Computer Hacking a Government Phone System, Harassment, Fraud, & Impersonating a Police Officer) he never called back. I suggest telling them u are going to call the police & file a complaint & if they continue calling do so.

I get phone calls thru out the day they even called my job! They are very threatening if you r a gullible person you're liable to pay them just to get them to stop calling ur house ur cell and ur job! I will be also filing a police complaint

These people called my work over 20 time's yesterday, and called my home 12 time's.The same people that say they are from US Cash Advance have been calling of and on for the last 2 year's.My boss told them yesterday that he fired me because of all the phone call's and they still called back over and over.They will say you owe them money and that you will go to jail,They say they will keep calling your work because they want you to loose your job,call you name's.They are very mean on the phone and hard to understand.

Got a phone call claiming we got a payday loan in the amount of $450 in December 2012. Advised we did not get a payday loan in December 2012 and that no payment in that amount is shown on our bank statement.

I am a personnel processor for USDA and keep getting calls from Patrick Williams 917-503-7724 asking for personal phone number of employee which we do not disclose to anyone.

This person started on my cell number about two months ago. Said his "client" had a pending lawsuit against me for THEFT BY DECEPTION because i have not paid back a payday loan that i NEVER received!!!! Continued to call my cell number until i had it changed two days ago. THey are calling my work number one right after the other, calling my coworkers obscene names and threatening to send the police (as if they actually could) to my home and place of business. I've filed a complaint with the police in my office county AND my home county. I've spoken with the REAL Laurence Kramer Law firm in New York and they are working along with the FBI to catch this moron! I did find out that with the Green.Money Pack card that i was naive enough to send them money on IS TRACEABLE on the other end so the FBI will hear from me and will be able to subpoena the information to catch this indian [***]!!!! It's gotten to the point where i see their numbers pick up the phone and just hang up. What idiots.
