called on dec 5, 2019 to give me last warning about my social security number issue.
Claimed ignoring this information would be considered an intentional attempt to avoid an initial appearance in front of a judge
Same as all the others. I decided once to play along with their scam (of course without giving them any personal info). They wanted my SS#. I told them that if they were from SS Admin then they should have it. We went on like this for about 2 min with him repeatedly asking for my SS#. I finally told him I knew it was a scam. He said the foulest of curse words and hung up on me. I'm awaiting prosecution as we speak- lol. I'm just sorry that some people do get swept- up into this. God Bless

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
