keep getting calls from 919-375-1252 and hangs up after a few seconds.call it back and it is a busy signal
Got a call today from this number. If it is as the previous posters are reporting that it's a survey about the stimulus package, then it's probably something that has to do with the Republican Party (I ran for a county office a while back on a Republican ticket and despite all my requests they won't stop calling and Emailing and asking me for money/support for various candidates, asking me to host rallys, etc. etc.) If you've ever given out your number to anyone in the Republican Party, they've probably circulated it around and this is probably one of the places it's gone to. I've actually had to file a complaint against the party with the FTC for violating Email SPAM and Do Not Call laws. It's just such a shame that they screw things up so bad, got waxed in an election, and THEN figured out they needed to listen to their core voters (by doing annoying phone surveys) instead of 8 years of acting like they were the foxes with the keys to the henhouses.
got first call today 2-17-2009 457pm - Zebulon NC - survey crap = I have been on the DO NOT CALL list since the beginning and have updated it periodically. Why are people allowed to call even though numbers are on DNCL?
I'M SO SICK AND TIRED OF THE CRAP OF EVERY TOM DICK AND HARRY CALLING AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT WITH THEIR BULLSH*T. LOOKS LIKE BEING ON A NDO NOT CALL LIST DOES NOT MEAN A DAMN THING. JUST LIKE OUR GOVERNMENT THEY WON'T DO A DAMN THING
Another biased survey, something about marijuana. By not answering any questions, I got them to go thru the whole spiel three times, which hopefully kept them away from somebody else today.
Four calls in two days to my cell phone. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. It's getting extremely annoying.
After reading other comments about this number, I have decided to add it to my "selective call forwarding" which lets you forward up to 30 phone numbers to a different phone number. The number I forward to is one that is out of service, so nuisance callers will get the standard phone company "not in service" tones and then the announcement. This may turn off some of these robo callers.
