Been getting these calls for all week long. They never answer or leave voice mail messages. I am truly tired of this number.
I got 2 missed calls from the above number. Each time I tried to call back it was busy. Finally on the third time that they called I answered and it was a survey regarding politics.
I went back and looked at my Phone bills (They keep callig my Cell Phone);Between JAnuary and 24 April 2009 I recieved 114 calls. Here is the dig I did not anser any of them (I dont answer unidentified calls or numbers I dont recognize; it cost about 1 minute for each call. Dont know what to do about it, I guess I will just muddel through. I do hope someday I find out who it is so I can send them the bill
Got several calls from this number, with no messages left. Finally answered the call and it was a political survey for NC raising the cigarette tax by $1

Claims to be from MnDOT wouldn't leave a voicemail when called the main line. Called the next day and claims to be a guy named Gavin wanting to update information. Phone number is from Pennsylvania CLEARLY NOT FROM MNDOT.
Message says Wellstar, but the toll free number they leave is not Wellstar #. Automated voice requests your date of birth to start. Seem like scam.
Debt collector calling asking me how to contact my sister! Told him it was illegal to call relatives. Which it is!

I called 911, and then had dialled 311 and was waiting when this number phoned. I answered, but said nothing. They said nothing. I hung up. They called back and I could hear breathing, and perhaps walking. I've blocked the number.
