unknown person calls. can't block call so just don't answer. getting to be a nuisance. only on my cell.

Received a call on my child's phone. I waited to speak to a customer service person. When I asked to have the phone number removed from their call list they hung up on me immediately.

Glad I didn't hear my phone ring or I might have answered. They didn't leave a message - what would they say? "Hi, I'm calling to scam you"? I don't usually answer "Unknown" calls anyway.

this caller called me twice before I can answer they hang up. leave no message and when I tried to call the number back I got a message that this is not a number to receive calls.
