If you don't know the phone number, Just don's answer it. Plain and simple.

Just called my cell, didn't recognize so didn't answer. I never give my cell to anyone but family.

This number just called my phone, left no message, I return the call and is a non working number...Funny it was working when they called me.

Calls to cell. No message. Frequent call. Nuisance!
