This person keeps calling me at one to three o clock in the morning. They constantly are texting me and sometimes its just letters not words. When i answer the phone, they instantly hang up and it says call ended. They've even called me during class! So far, all that i'm aware of is that the persons name is faisal.

I have been receiving calls from the numbers listed below. I understand that 923 is the area code for TAJIKISTAN. The calls are difficult to understand in part due to bad line quality and because they usually attempt to speak in a language other than English. When I say that I can only speak English they usually hang up, although today's caller spoke in English. He said that He was with Wind (my cell provider) and that I had won something. I suspected a scam so I told him to remove me from their call list.
