I got the same call today from 92 3477522144 and I have received these calls before. I think they want you to call back to charge you money. I never do that.

Over the last week I keep receiving calls from a similar number, 923 4451 49962. To begin with I just ignored it but a couple of times I answer and they hang up. This morning I had another missed call followed by 2 texts, both in languages I don't understand, one looked like arabic! Very odd! How is this identity theft? Can someone explain?
