I checked the internet and found that this area code is from Tajikistan. This is the number +923417882295. Are these people (frank callers) in Tajikistan joblesss? What they are doing is annoying everyone in the world with their frank calls. I believe Tajiks are good people, but these group are ruining their conutry's good reputation. Their own government has to make legal action against these people who are just fooling around.
I happened to get calls from 923363874740 twice / thrice on both my mobile number including primary 9902177440. This became a routine. This time, I politely asked them to send me 50lac at my address so that I can gift them 25lac :) the call lasted only for 9 seconds and no calls after. Also, there are ways these hackers will route calls sitting from a cafe locally, so not necessarily a call from abroad. Yes, when you call it will be ISD since your number will be routed through a genuine operator. Ignore, ignore, just Ignore or do like I did :D.
