Loan scam from Ashley left two identical voicemails 10m apart, both clearly a recording cause they’re identical
CID: “ United States.” Another call from “Ashley.” This is the forth message from her and all from different numbers! This message: “It’s Ashley checking back again, I left a voicemail last week so I thought I would follow up. Um, I do have some really good programs running right now for the fall season, rates again are right around 6%. Um, I could have those funds in your account in just a couple of days I know the holiday season is coming up rather quickly so that’s something I really wanted to stress. Um, we’re pretty quick here, um, give me a call when you are free, I plan to be around for a few hours.” DO NOT CALL ANY OF THEIR NUMBERS BACK THIS IS A PHISHING LOAN SCAM! THEY WILL ASK FOR YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND THEN TAKE YOUR MONEY!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
