Like I said, just have as much of your info together as possible dates, times, etc...Council of American Survey Research Organizations - has a code of conduct posted, does not all directly address all our concerns specifically, but enough to where it is obvious these business practices will not be acceptable. To make complaint at the top, click on ”for public/media” two options will pop up choose ”surveys and you”, there will be an artcle. All the way at the end of the article, last sentence or two it talks about questionable survey techniques. Then on the left the name of the organization, address, phone, e-mail address on very bottom line (should be bright blue), click on it and send your complaint! We keep getting calls from this number. the caller doesn't leave a message. We are registered with "Do NOT DISTURB" So what we have to say to this caller is____Stop calling us! We are on the Do Not Disturb List and you are disturbing us! So, either leave a message ( which you haven't done) or STOP CALLING!

Received a call at 9:39pm on 5-9-12 from 941.379.1954 and yes this was in my time zone! Was not happy they called so late....I think they wanted me to give a survey and my response was "at 10:00 at night!!" Then they wanted to know if they could call back Saturday morning and I said NO!

I get calls from this number , all hours of the day. 7 days a week.All it says on my caller id is Sarasota , FL.I don't answer as I do not know anyone in FL.Is there any way to make them stop ?Thanks

Thank u for this information. This will be very helpful the next time they call. My brother answered the phone when they called this last time. He kept telling them, he was not going to give u all this personal information on the people who lives here. They would not take no for a answer. He finally told them he was going to hang up.

If you ask a survey company to add your phone number to their internal do not call list, they must stop calling, otherwise they are also subject to fines.

This number has called me at least 7 times since 6/21/12. They never leave a message and if I pick it up the phone seems to be dead because there is not a sound on the other end. Have NO clue who they are but it's annoying!

Get 3-4 calls a day from this number. asked to be taken off the list and they said they couldnt. gave me a number to call to get my number taken out of the system, but the number give was not a good number!

Received calls after 10 pm, do not answer these calls, how do we get them to stop
