So for people who check these posts, there is no such thing as Microsoft IT services. Microsoft will never call you to tell you about your computer being infected. Even if you had some service agreement, no one is monitoring your computer for viruses. If you are in IT, have a sandboxed VM, and some time and knowledge, have fun with them. They especially hate it when you run wireshark and tools to access their computers.
Calls cell phone numerous times and I never answer. They go to my voice mail and leave message in foreign language . It sounds like these people are Asian.
Received a call from this number today about my Windows computer. I just lie and tell them I don't have a windows computer, I have a Mac. They hang up immediately.
I had calling me the same guy, from India or Pakistan and introducing himself a second IT guy from Windows. He was very demanding when he told me that I need to get in front of my computer immediately! It’s definitely a scam.
Got call, told me that my windows applications are unsecured. I guess it's a spam. Blocked this number.
Received a call on 11/10/18 at 10:40am. A guy saying he was with Windows Technical Department and there was harmful files on my computer affecting Windows programs. I acted concern so he immediately told me to get in front of my computer and hold down windows key and press a letter and asked me what I was getting so then I asked him a bunch of uncomfortable questions and finally he just blurts out **** You. Guess he finally caught on after about 5 mins of his wasted time. Don't waste my time and I wont waste yours!

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
