This is a nuisance caller that keeps calling, even after i block the number they call from another one. They will say, Hi my name is (changes each call) and say he s a specialist of some kind or another on a recorded line. He then asks if you hear him OK..JUST HANG UP, these people have no life and nothing better to do with themselves.. I get at least 2 of these calls a day and blocking their number does not stop them.
