Appears that the caller ID may have updated, it now has a name attached, Mikel Savides. My phone did not ring, so it is recognized by Spectrum as a marked caller, such as telemarketer or scammer.
Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Wireless Caller" which usually means telemarketer/scammer. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was a general location of Capistrano Beach, California using a cell phone with 2 service providers of Network Services LLC and Cellco Partnership DBA Verizon Wireless-CA. This is definitely a scammer that is either spoofing and/or using a voip system to phish for personal information while running some scam. A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.
This number as called 22 times over past month. I answered once. Home repair and said name was given by neighbor. Gave a name and even an ethnicity of the family which was no one in my neighborhood. Kinda baited him to waste his time. He didn't like me laughing at him!

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
