This number appears to be calling my home phone again 10:21 AM 4/4/2016 this time with VOIP CALLER shown in place of name on caller ID. Hint to whoever this is, I will not ever answer a call that does not show a name on caller ID. Caller left no message.

Called and said he was grom the CIA. Obviously a jerk or a screwed up company

Got back-to-back calls from this number at 10:19 AM. Caller ID on Panasonic phone showed first as Voip caller w/951 number. Second call showed V40610192502379 then 951 number. Checked on my call blocker device and the 951 number (previously blocked) called at 10:19AM. The second call on my call blocker at 10:19 was 800-655-4555, which is a legit customer service number for Southern California Edison, but these tools spoofed the SCE number when they had no luck getting through the first time in hopes someone would answer! Serious scammers.

He called me twice from two different numbers in a matter of 45 seconds. The first time (310) 519-0476 it was for an HVAC Company. He asked me if I had done my annual heating and air maintenance or something along those lines. I said I do not have Heating and Air and asked to be removed from the list. He hung up. 45 seconds later called back from another number (951)-824-1321 asking for my brother who is deceased and has been since 2000 (Not sure how he even got my brothers name or my phone number). I told him to take me off of his list to which he said, "Stop being so f**king emotional." Then hung up in my face.

Sigh...

They can keep calling as much as they want but I will never answer when a city is listed where the company name should be on caller ID. No message was left.

Wednesday 28 October 2015 -- 4:26 pm -- Called on my cell phone. Caller ID said "Riverside CA". No message was left. Internet comments say this is spam call about solar energy.

As soon as they say Mr. Or Mrs. "Last Name," you know they want your money.
