@ Mr. Magoo. It is legit for a health care provider to get your legal name and date of birth when calling you. They are required to do it by law before disclosing any personal health information . Be wary of any callers that 'verify' this for you.

Confirmed as legit Park Nicollet- the number is listed on their website. As anyone on this site is probably aware, any time someone calls you and then asks for personal information, be suspicious, in this case the number is legit and there is a legal reason they must confirm your id.
This is the billing dept for ShopNBC, ShopHQ, and EvineLive. All different names for the same shopping channel.They are in Minnesota.
I have the same problem, when I answer it hangs up. It has happened several times in the last month.
This number is for Park Nicollet patient financial services. They called me too; but there is no one on the line... the dialer must be malfunctioning that we dont hear the message.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
