This # keeps calling my cell phone and never leaves a msg. I never answer out of town numbers. Blocking them now

rec'd call asking for owner. when i responded, "may i ask who's calling" there was no response although they didn't hang up immediately

Answered "hello" after 3 rings. No response, dead silence. Never said anything else, me nor them. Call lasted 19 secs. They finally hung up.

Called, I answered, sounded like a scam, they thought I was the gentleman they were calling for, I answered "No, this is Sandy." They immediately hung up! HA! Good riddance, scammer, get a real job, why don'tcha!
