Said it was a security for my pc and was going to charge me and if I wanted to get a refund to call another number.
Left message in attempt to extort $500 in order to stop renewal of virus protection on Microsoft. I haven’t used windows in 12 years. Likely a foreign scammer. DON’T ANDWER AND DON’T CALL BACK!

called three times in less than 2 minutes! Came up as "Spam" sure enough.. pretty sure it is. No reason to keep calling and calling and calling.. Finally, blocked it. Never answered the phone, and.. glad I didn't.
