I don't answer any call that does not display a name or phone number I don't know, so I can't say what their scam is. No message (what a surprise). If they are Not_Available, i'm not either.
Received call from this number on 5/31/16. I did not answer, they did not leave a message. Will report the number.
I received a call from 959-299-4800 but did not answer it. Usually I do not answer calls from unknown numbers and assume it is not Publishers Clearing House telling me I have won millions of dollars.
Female who said she was calling from dispute dept. for a Mrs. Alverado. Told her for the third time no one her by that name. Asked to take my number out of her system since she wasn't even calling to the area code, or state.

I received a text with this phone number stating that it was from the United States Postal Service and that I needed to open up an urgent notice from them.
called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call
