Ok, I have tracked the number down. It appears to be an alien by the name of Zerka, hell bent on destroying humans and everything human. I politely asked this alien being to stop, and I should no longer be receiving phone calls from this number. Hope this info helped

Got one just now in Austin, TX (Los Angeles, CA cell number). Didn't answer, Spanish recorded message left, number unalocated on call back. Filing complaint now.

Received 2 calls/voicemails on 10/22/25 from different people at this number claiming to be with Fortitude Assistance and Fortitude Systems re: possible jobs in IT departments. Sounds questionable. I'm not in that industry so makes no sense.
Daily calls, no messages
This number had my name, address, and the amount of money I owed for a medical procedure (but had already paid) and said they were calling to collect it before it went to court. I told her I'd do it online, and low and behold I have already paid it.

This phone called yesterday at 11:34.
It started out saying it was a survey. I didn't' listen beyond that, other than to hit 9 to be removed from their call list, then I blocked thr number on my phone.
