Just got a call from this number tried to call back unallocate!!! I have tmobile and am also on the DNC....
These people (computer) have been busy. Got call on my Net10 cell phone, didn't answer because I didn't recognize the area code. Googled the number confirm it was a scam call. Guess so. What a pain.
