I have Cricket cell phone carrier and I just just a call from them. No voicemail and number is "unallocated".
I got a call from this number a few minutes ago. I don't speak spanish. Nope...AT&T is not selling our numbers...it's a computer program randomly generating phone numbers. I guarantee that if you change your number, they'll eventually call you again. I load them into my phone listed as "do not answer". Then I don't. I just wish I could make them stop. Getting on the do not call list doesn't work. Good luck.
