I received the same letter.... taking it to the police, as it's possibly some sort of scam... look up the other posts for this number, people keep getting calls from it. My letter wasn't sealed, just the flap tucked inside. Also, they didn't use my correct name.
I receivedthe same letter....looks like a scam. I googled the name and address, comes up to the corner of justin and mcgregor street.

According to my log, has called 10 times since 2023, always a new caller ID, this one came up as TellCityHall but same number, and at 9:49pm ffs.
