Confusing. Man with a thick Indian accent called and said we entered a contest(which neither of us remembered entering)and that we won a free trip. Wouldn't give us details about where the trip went, couldn't give us better details than, "you win a trip" and when we started asking questions about it, he hung up. I wouldn't trust this.

my number has been listed with the National Do Not Call list for over a year. This mornings caller refused to ID herself then hung up. when I call the number it says it is not in service

I got a call on my cell. I don't use my cell number for any online orders and I only give it to friends and family. I did not answer and they did not leave a voicemail.

Caller from 972-994-6834 continues to call my number, when I called back the number is discounted. This is a scam.U

Missed their call to my AT&T cellphone, they left no VM. But I know folks in Dallas so I did return the call and the AT&T announcement was that "Your call cannot be completed as dialed". (auto redial, I didn't fat-finger it) 972-994-6834 My cell number is Registered NO CALL with the FCC.Please BEWARE!

Rec'd call but, never answer a number I don't know. Responsibilty for this garbage is the phone provider. This is when you want BIG BROTHER to watch, listen in and correct bad behavour but, has anyone actually seen stats on how may of these firms get busted? DNC, FCC, FTC, FBI etc will not invest time in these small time criminals. And yes, what they do is not legal. Don't answer, don't call back and eventually the calls drop off. Calling back confirms your number. which they can sell as active. Isn't that special?
