Same Indian guy called 2xs and it seemed to be the same guy that harassed me (5 calls previously - each time I asked for them to stop calling - it was about possible Medical malpractice Lawsuit that I may have ( I did not have).
Heavy Indian accent said I entered a contest I know I didn't enter and that I won. Said it was "World Market" contest. Don't ever enter those things so watch out. You could tell it was a cell phone and he was either calling from a car or bad reception. When I said I was interested, he said you don't even know what this is. Umm ya, scam lol
Call on my cell at 9:55 this AM. No message. Got one from a Miami number a few days ago. Same thing. Have listed number on Do Not Call. May have been too recent to take effect yet or it was ignored. Have not had cell long and mostly just use to keep in touch with family. Don't give the number out freely so not sure how they got the number.
Just received call. Didn't recognize #...didn't answer...no message.Assume telemarketer scam. yeah, happy mothers day :)

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
