Caller from "Seylon" or "Cilon" or something similar, noticed my computer was not accepting Microsoft updates. Asked me to go to my computer and he would help me make sure the updates installed correctly. Yeah, right. I told him I don't have an account with his company, that stopped him, he said thanks and hung up. Don't fall for the scams of callers claiming to be calling on behalf of Microsoft. They're phishing for your credit card info or to load spyware on your computer, or both.The number is likely spoofed as it hasn't shown up in 800-notes. So don't go by just the area code, it's faked to cover the real number.You can string the caller along or just hang up.
