I live in Campbell River Vancouver Island BC received two calls in a row at 6 AM. I get these calls all day at my business sure don't need them at home. did not answer
The caller claimed that they were calling from Microsoft and my computer had a security issue. At this point the other person figured out that I knew this was a scam and hung up. Beware
Same thing something about microsoft and a computer - heavy accent. when I said I didn't own a windows computer he argued with me for a minute and then hung up/
This is a scam. They called to tell us our Windows computer is sending them messages. We run all ours on a private operating system. No Windows. So they are clearly lying.
Definitely a scam. Second day in a row this number called. I didn't answer today, but I did yesterday. The man had a heavy accent... maybe from India or Pakistan. He was calling about a problem on my Windows operating system. I have gotten this call many times in the past from other numbers. I have tried different tactics: 1)I have told them I know it is a scam. They hang up. Some try to convince me it is not. 2)I have told them that I already spoke to someone yesterday and they fixed it. 3) I have told them I don't use Windows (true one), so they are full of baloney. But my favorite one was the one I used yesterday... 4) "Really, sir? That's interesting because I don't have a computer!" CLICK...
This is one very busy young man! I just received the same call from a gentleman with a very thick accent, supposedly from "Windows Company". He informed me that I must let their technician connect with my computer and "fix" it - Right!I will block the number, but they will just use another one!
Got calls back to back on our 2 phone lines. 1st line is hooked to fax machine so I didn't answer it, but same number. Then immediately the second call came on second line. Stated he was calling because they were getting multiple errors and my computer could crash at any moment. I asked what company he was with. He said my "computer was sending multiple errors to Microsoft. And are you in front of your computer right now?"I said I couldn't be there right now. He said we'll get in front of your computer. I said no. Seemed agitated "Well go get on your computer "... I just hung up. Seemed off to me!

Left voice mail with sound like a horn.
This caller claimed to be a rep from Intuit/QuickBooks & we needed to renew our Subscription for $1899.99. After asking a few questions things sounded strange. Asked her for our PIN # & she did not give the correct number.
Call came in. Hello, hello. No response. Disconnected. Suspect possibly WELLS Fargo (WF) , but no actual idea. Don't trust one moment.
There are 2 other numbers that are from this same number - 1-800-457-4708 and

They say they are calling for Clear Springs RX and has family name has health record.
